Anger Management Workshop: This is a four week, court approved program for youth and adults with anger control difficulties. Participants also get course material and certificate of completion at the end of the program. Anger management workshop is designed to help participants:
- Understand and anticipate anger
- Change your thinking and behavior surrounding anger
- Develop a plan for controlling anger
Co-Parenting: The key to successful co-parenting arrangements depends on how well the parents function. What works best for some divorced parents may not work well for others. For the sake of the children, it is critical that divorced or separated partners must continue to communicate with their former spouses in matters of child-rearing.
